Yes, The Works trains boys and girls (men and women) of all ages and levels.

We currently train athletes in basketball, football, volleyball, soccer and tennis and also provide speed training for our clients who want a non-sport specific workout for themselves and/or their children.

The Works begins every training program with a thorough assessment of the participant's skill and conditioning level so as to provide the most appropriate training for the individual. We will "build you from the ground up."

We guarantee that the athletes we train will be given the best training available. You will get out of your training what you put into it.

We put great emphasis on stabilizing joints and muscles that are recruited for specific training and incorporate drills and exercises to provide proper "warm up" for maximum flexibility and the minimum opportunity for injury.

8. Do you do weight training?
No, but ask about our complete training programs for high school and college teams.

9. Is this the same as the plyometrics some athletes do for training?
The Works is much more than plyometrics. Plyometrics are exercises such as jumping or rebounding to increase muscle power. The Works combines plyometric work with many other types of drills along with complete fundamental preparation for your particular sport. That's why they call it The Works!

10. Do you train teams?
The Works trains teams (school, travel and leagues), small groups of individuals and also provides private training. But, in training teams we maintain our integrity by training to the style of play and don't practice your team in your team plays.

The Works incorporates all sports fundamentals (in this case, basketball: i.e., passing, catching, dribbling, shooting, etc.) in a progression of workouts in each program.

14. Do I need any special equipment?
You need comfortable athletic clothing and sport specific footgear. We also encourage you to bring sufficient water/other appropriate beverage for the workout and afterward.

15. How do these workouts directly improve my game?
Your game will be raised not only in your newfound athletic ability, but also through our unique sport-specific coaching.

16. What are your staff's qualifications?
All of our staff have years of coaching and playing experience and hold college degrees in relevant subject matter. All staff are CPR/1st Aid certified and we have at least 1 ATC on staff at all times.

19. What if I can't make a workout due to vacation or illness?
Our goal at The Works is complete customer satisfaction so we will always work with you if you miss a workout. Please let us know if you will miss a workout and we'll make arrangements for a makeup session.

20. What types of payment do you accept?
